Protect your password and credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Accounts are non-transferable. You cannot assign or sell your access to any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to our community.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. For example, new scenario-based workshops may replace older modules.

Service availability may vary by region. Scheduled maintenance or regional restrictions could impact access.

Certain features or coaching packages may require payment.

Prices are listed on getkaleeko.info and invoiced in your chosen currency. For example, a workshop package might cost THB 5,000.

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment is due upon invoice issuance.

Recurring subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled. You will receive an email reminder prior to renewal.

Refund requests are considered case by case. If a session is canceled at least 48 hours in advance, a prorated refund may apply.

Cancel subscriptions via your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected] at least 5 days before renewal.

Applicable taxes, such as VAT, are added at checkout based on your billing address.

We may adjust prices with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions will renew at the new rate unless canceled.

Failure to pay may result in suspension until balances are settled.
